Pre-order shipping
Lazy Haze diffusers are pre-orders. Your order ships with our first production batch, estimated 2-6 weeks after you order. The current estimate is shown on the product page and at checkout. If anything changes, we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.
Where we ship and what it costs
- United States: $8 flat rate.
- Canada, United Kingdom and Australia: $14.99 flat rate, free on orders of $79.97 or more.
- Europe: $19.99 flat rate.
- Rest of the world: $24.99 flat rate.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at lazyhazeco@outlook.com. We can update the address before the order ships, but we can't redirect a package once it's on its way.
Lost, stolen or damaged in transit
If something goes wrong in transit, email us with your order number. Orders with Shipping Protection are replaced if they're lost, stolen or damaged on the way. See our refund policy for damaged or faulty items.
