This website is operated by Lazy Haze. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Lazy Haze. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and pricing

We try to show our products, colors, sizes and measurements as accurately as possible, but small differences from the photos can happen. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, for example if a price was listed in error or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Pre-orders

Lazy Haze diffusers are sold as pre-orders and ship with our first production batch. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships, as described in our Refund Policy.

Orders and payment

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and replacements

Shipping times, costs, cancellations and our final-sale and replacement terms are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Product use

Lazy Haze is an ultrasonic aroma diffuser that produces cool water mist. It is decor, not a toy: keep it out of reach of small children and pets, use it on a flat, stable surface, fill it with water only (plus a few drops of water-soluble essential oil if you like), unplug it before refilling or cleaning, and follow the included instructions. It does not burn anything or produce smoke.

Third-party services

Some parts of our store, such as payments and shipping, are provided by third parties. We aren't responsible for their services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lazy Haze is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited under the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted on this page.
